White Labs Clarity Ferm



Developed by White Labs, Clarity Ferm is an enzyme that is used to prevent chill haze in beer by breaking down the chill-haze-causing proteins while not affecting the proteins that lead to beer head retention.  When used in correct dosage, Clarity Ferm reduces the levels of gluten in barley based beers to below 10ppm gluten.  Clarity Ferm does not alter beer flavor or aroma, and it has no effect on head retention.
