Satisfaction Guarantee – We want you to be completely happy with your purchases from Jasper’s. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return it within 30 days. Simply ship the item back with a completed Return Authorization Form and your original invoice, and we will refund the item’s purchase price. Please note: return shipping charges are not refundable.

Equipment Warranty – Within one year from the purchase time, we will either repair or replace any defective equipment.

Liquid Yeast – Upon shipment arrival, it is critical that the Wyeast Activator Packs be refrigerated. We recommend using your ingredients soon after purchase. However, the Wyeast Activator Packs may be stored in the refrigerator for up to three months from the time of purchase. With proper activation, the Wyeast packs should inflate within 5 days. If a pack fails to inflate within 5 days, we will replace the item for no cost. However, It is the brewer’s responsibility to determine the yeast’s viability (the pack’s inflation) before brewing. Never brew with inactive yeast. We only warranty yeast that fails to activate. We cannot replace a batch that does not properly ferment.

Perishable Ingredients– All of our ingredients are guaranteed for 3 months from the time of purchase. Upon delivery of ingredients, yeast, hops and liquid malt extract should be refrigerated. Do not brew with ingredients if you think you have a problem. Contact us instead. It’s the customer’s responsibility to employ proper procedure or otherwise not do anything off-the-wall or totally insane

Domestic Shipping

Jasper’s offers flat-rate shipping for just $7.99 within the contiguous United States. Orders usually ship within 1 to 4 business days. Depending on your time zone, delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 business days. Residents of Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for the $7.99 flat-rate shipping program. Such residences will be charged the actual shipping cost.

Jasper's offers limited shipping to APO / FPO  and US Territory addresses.  All APO / FPO / US Territory shipments must fit within an USPS Priority Mail shipping box.  Consequently, all large items are excluded, including but not limited to bottles, brew pots, carboys, wine kits, equipment kits, kegging kits, etc.  Individual recipes generally ship in a single USPS Priority Mail box, and EACH box or recipe will be charged the $7.99 rate.

Please note: due to the shipping times involved, we cannot guarantee the viability of liquid yeast shipped beyond the contiguous United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, Jasper’s recommends you order dried yeast with the beer recipes.

When placing an order, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure billing and shipping address are accurate.  Our shipping software will verify wether a shipping address is valid.  The shipping software does not verify who actually lives at a given address.  We do not take responsibility for packages lost or undelivered due to shipping addresses entered incorrectly.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, Jasper's does not offer international shipping at this time.

Wine Kit Shipping

  • We can only ship wine kits to the 48 contiguous United States.  Alaska, Hawaii and all United States territories are excluded.
  • We cannot ship wine kits to APO or FPO addresses. 
  • Wine kits will be shipped via FedEx Home Delivery and thus may not be shipped to PO boxes.
  • If you order multiple wine kits and one of the wine kits is out of stock, we may delay the order until we can ship all of the kits together. 
  • The shipping cost for wine kits is our basic Brewsaver $7.99 price PLUS an additional $7.99 flat rate per each wine kit.
  • While it is unlikely that a wine kit will be damaged during shipping (we pack them with tender loving care!), this possibility exists.  If you receive a damaged wine kit, you must take numerous photographs to document the damaged kit.  We will need these photos to make a damage claim to FedEx.

Return Policy

Our number one goal at Jasper’s is that that our customers have a pleasurable shopping experience. Consequently, if you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it for a refund or an exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event of a shipping error, or if you have received damaged merchandise, then Jasper’s will assume the return shipping cost via ground transportation.

Prices and policies may change without notice. We do our best to keep things up to date, but many of our items, such as hops, are purchased from importers at market prices, which experience great volatility.
